Pastpack packaging machines are used in the packaging of pre-made packages and are mostly used in the dairy industry. However, different configurations of these machines enable a wide variety of containers to be used in many other food and non-food industries.

Pitpack machines are basic vertical machines used to package a wide range of loose, free flowing, powdery, granulated and small piece products into bags. Machines are divided into two main groups

    The Pastpack OR filling and packaging machine is designed as a special version of the basic rotary machine.

    The rotary table and an in-line machine configuration are uniquely designed to fulfill the following roles:

  • Filling into containers of irregular shape (containers can’t be placed in slots vertically)
  • Filling into glass, metal containers
  • Filling into bottles/cups higher than 200 mm
  • Sealing of filled containers (e.g. while packaging fish preserves)
  • Products that could be packed

Pastpack 2R

    Simultaneous dosing and filling of liquid and paste products via two rotors.

    The Pastpack 2R automatic rotary machine features 2 rotary tables designed for dose filling liquid and paste products containing soft, easily deformable additives (up to 10mm wide) into plastic cups, and sealing them with an aluminium varnished foil and capping.

    Using 2 rotary tables doubles the performance of the machine and allows for simultaneous filling of one product into containers of different volume or simultaneous filling of two different products.

    Two base machines can be integrated into one structure with a common controlling system, providing double the performance while minimizing the machine footprint and vastly simplifying maintenance. Additionally, the maintenance and diagnostics control system has network functionality, allowing for the ability to connect additional network devices (dispensers, pumping stations, etc.).

    The Pastpack 2R features a full colour touch screen, with an intuitive interface in 7 major languages, and an entirely stainless-steel structure.

    Accessories from leading manufacturers (Festo, SMC, Omron, B&R, Schneider Electric, and others) are available.

Pastpack 6L

    Dose filling liquid and paste products in a six-row, ultra-clean implementation.

    The Pastpack 6L multi-row automatic in-line machine is designed for dose filling liquid and paste products containing soft, easily deformable additives (up to 10mm wide) into plastic cups, and sealing them with an aluminium varnished foil and capping.

    The six-lane working mode provides high performance, with the in-line machine layout allowing for the installation of several fillers of different type and multiple optional units simultaneously. Servo machine versions feature a servo-driven transporting system, providing higher performance, better dynamics, and long-life of machine components.

    Ultra-Clean machine versions meet VDMA Hygiene Class IV:

  • A hopper equipped with a sterile air-blowing system to preserve the microbiological parameters of the product
  • Closed chamber at container disinfection, product filling, foil placing and sealing positions to ensure protection from the external environment
  • Feeding of sterile air into the chamber, purified from microorganisms and bacteria using HEPA-filters (Class H14)
  • Chamber treatment with 30% hydrogen peroxide
  • Containers and foil treatment with hydrogen peroxide steam followed by drying by hot sterile air and ventilation

    The Pitpack is a basic vertical machine, characterised by compact dimensions and affordable price, with good performance and mechanical speeds up to 45 cycles/min.

    The Pitpack 1006 vertical packaging machine is designed to package a wide range of loose, free-flowing, powdery, granulated and small piece products into three-seam bags formed from thermo sealed film.

    This is a more compact version of the the high-speed Pitpack 1005 M, meaning it can be useful in lower workrooms or for certain products.
