A doypack is a sealed plastic bag that is designed to stand upright, and is commonly used for powders, spices, dried fruit & nuts, mayonnaise, candy or ready to drink beverages.

Doypack packaging has seen an increase in popularity in recent years due to the fact that they are easy to use. The sachets are available in a variety of sizes, colours and structures and can be fitted with or without a zipper.

Our machines are adapted to your specific production requirements and equipped with the necessary dispensing systems. We have 2 basic solutions available for doypack/doy-type packaging:

PastPack VK

    Filling into ready Doy packs.

    The PastPack VK is an automatic rotary machine designed for filling and packaging liquid, paste or dry free flowing products into readymade Doy Packs. An optional extra allows for the vertical caps to be sealed.

    This is a cost-effective solution for packaging different types of products using Doy-type pack bags, and features compact dimensions, and low power consumption.

    Depending on product, the machine can be equipped with different types of weighers, as well as volumetric or auger fillers.

  • Sauces, mayo, mustard, ketchup, tomato paste;
  • olives;
  • pate, caviar;
  • condensed milk, dry milk;
  • honey, marmalade, jam, chocolate paste;
  • small piece snacks, nuts, crackers, etc.
  • Liquid, paste and loose non-food products: chemicals, liquid soap, washing fluids and powders, bath salt etc.

    The Doy pack line of linear type is designed for filling and packaging liquid, paste or dry free flowing products into Doy type packs. Bag forming and placing, product filling, cap welding and film sealing processes are fully automated and controlled from the common PLC.

    The line can be equipped with any kind of dosing system and has the following benefits:

  • High-speed line producing Doy pack bags up to 1 litre in volume
