We have a wide range of industrial fillers available, and our automatic dosing units have over 20 different models to dispense a variety of food, including some that can also be used to dispense non-food items such as fertiliser, laundry detergent, animal food, etc.

The volumetric and flowmetric dosing devices or units can dispense liquid as well as paste products such as milk, jam, mayonnaise, canned food for dogs, etc. The advantages of our dispensing equipment include perfect integration with packaging machines –  leading to smoother operation. Multi-head weighers are ideal for high-speed weight dosing of a wide range of loose or small food products such as peanuts.

    This model is made for accurate dosing of long and thin products (for example, bread sticks up to 180 mm length). The weigher is notable for its specific elements (parts and assemblies) that guide the straw through all product channel in a certain position.

    The principle of this “combination dosing” allows a high score accuracy while maintaining a high combination speed. All weigher parts that are in contact with this product are made of polished stainless steel.

    To make service easier, removable accessories are incorporated into the line such as:

  • receiving cone
  • radial feeders
  • storage and weight hoppers
  • deviating chutes.

All electrical and electronic parts are located in a separate box.

    The combinational multi-head weigher is designed to accurately dose and fill free-flowing small, medium and large size products. Combinational dosing provides packing accuracy while maintaining high efficiency (up to 140 doses/min).

    All parts in contact with the product are made of polished or corrugated stainless steel. The weigher is equipped with an automatic dosing process adjustment and product rejection functions.

    The multi-head weigher can be used as an independent unit with an external control system or in combination with filling & packaging machines, providing exceptional weighing accuracy and high speed for different product types.

Linear Combinational Belt Fed Weigher Amata-Kate-210-LT

    The linear combinational weigher with 10 weighing pockets is designed to accurately dose and fill delicate and fragile products. The multi-head weigher can be used as an independent unit with an external control system or in combination with filling & packaging machines, and belt feeding (rather than traditional vibration-based feeding) allows the dosing of fragile and delicate products without damaging them.

Semi-Automatic Weigher Amata-Bertha-116-L

  • Specialty

    Accurate dosing of piece products.

    This semi-automatic combination weigher is specially designed for dosing large-sized piece goods, such as fish and meat.

    All used materials are approved for use in the food industry, with weigher parts in contact with the product made of polished stainless steel and the conveyor belts working surface made of PVC.

    The weigh hopper’s surface and slopes are corrugated.

    The construction of the transporters allows for easy servicing, cleaning and repair the of the weigher without complete disassembly. The construction of transporters and drives is arranged such that the product is protected against ingress of lubricants, with all electrical and electronic parts located in a separate box.

Large-sized piece products:  fruit (apples, pears, lemons, oranges), vegetables (cabbage, cucumbers, peppers, onions, potatoes), frozen/chilled meat, frozen fish.

Sliding Doser

    For free-flowing small piece products.

    The volumetric sliding doser is designed to fill free-flowing products. The filler operates in a stepping operational cycle and is relay controlled.

    This is an affordable solution for volumetric dose filling.

Free-flowing powder or small piece products (not abrasive or dusty): grains, cereals, seeds, nuts, tea, coffee, pepper seeds, granulated food and non-food products.

Auger Filler DSH-Servo

  • Specialty

    Filling free-flowing and powdery products.

    This filler operates through the turning of an auger, with the dose volume set by the turn-count and turn-size of the auger.

    The filler operates in a stepping mode. The programmable controller of the filler allows for easy control and accurate doses, and all information outputs to an LCD display. The auger system allows for accurate dosing and filling of powdery products.
